Vacant Flats

We have a flat available that would suit a couple in our historic Almshouse which occupies a central position on the High Street in Guildford.

The flat is within a 400-year-old building and faces onto the High Street. It is on two floors and has recently been refurbished. It has two large living rooms, kitchen, downstairs WC, bedroom, and bathroom with a 'low profile' shower. We provide an emergency call system.

The flats surround a beautiful communal garden and are within easy reach of local services. Staff work hard to provide a supportive environment enabling residents to live independently.
